- Which countries can I call?
- Calling rules for the United States and India ship as defaults. For any other country you add your own calling hours and consent rules before calling it — calls to countries without rules are blocked.
- Do I need my own telephony account?
- Yes. You connect your own Twilio account and numbers, so calls are made under your caller ID and your carrier agreement.
- Do leads know they are talking to an AI?
- Yes. Where your rules require it, the agent discloses that it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, at the start of every call.
- What happens when someone asks not to be called?
- The agent confirms, ends the call, and the number goes on your suppression list. Suppressed numbers are never dialled again by any campaign.
- Who can listen to recordings?
- Only team members with the recording permission, through short-lived signed links. Every access is written to the audit log.
